Brazil is the world's largest beef exporter, with a predominantly grass-fed Nelore herd. MARYTHUR LTD trades frozen beef from SIF-registered plants that are approved for China and certified Halal, so the same programme can serve buyers in the GCC, North Africa, South-East Asia and Hong Kong.
Boneless primals are vacuum-packed piece by piece and packed in cartons of around 25–27 kg. Quarters are shipped stockinette-wrapped. Offal is block-frozen in 10–20 kg cartons.

Halal assurance
Halal slaughter is supervised by Brazilian Halal certification bodies whose certificates are accepted by GCC and Asian authorities. The Halal certificate travels with the shipping documents for every container.
