Everything ships in 40ft high-cube reefer containers, door to port or door to door.
Container loads (40ft HC reefer)
- Frozen chicken: about 25–27 tonnes net
- Frozen pork cuts and offal: about 24–26 tonnes net (half carcasses about 22 tonnes)
- Frozen beef boneless cuts: about 25–27 tonnes net (quarters about 22 tonnes)
- Hass avocados: about 20 pallets, around 20 tonnes net
Incoterms® 2020
- FOB — we deliver on board at the Brazilian or Mexican port; you arrange freight and insurance
- CFR — we pay sea freight to your port; risk passes at loading
- CIF — as CFR, plus cargo insurance in your favour
- DAP — delivered to an agreed place in your country, import duties for your account
- DDP — delivered duty paid (selected destinations only)
Loading ports
Brazil: Santos, Paranaguá, Itajaí / Navegantes, Rio Grande. Mexico: Manzanillo, Lázaro Cárdenas, Veracruz.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, MAPA veterinary health certificate, certificate of origin, Halal certificate (when applicable), phytosanitary certificate for avocados and insurance certificate for CIF shipments.
